Strictly necessary storage

The Folio request form stores your partially completed answers in your browser's session storage so that a refresh mid-flow does not lose them. This is cleared when you complete the order or close the tab, never leaves your device, and excludes your name, email and phone number.

We also store a single value in your browser's local storage recording whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, so we don't ask again on every visit. This choice never leaves your device and contains no personal data beyond the choice itself.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure site performance. It sets cookies on your device and is not cookieless, so it only loads once you've accepted non-essential cookies through our consent banner — see our Privacy Notice for the lawful basis relied on (your consent). If you reject, or simply never choose, none of these are ever set.

Nothing in the analytics rows below exists on your device unless you have accepted. The two essential rows are browser storage rather than cookies — they are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Analytics tags are loaded through Google Tag Manager, so this list can in principle change if we add a tag. If it does, this table changes with it — that is the point of naming them here rather than describing them in general terms.

Payment provider

No payment is taken on settleiq.co.uk itself. Once a folio is ready, payment happens on a separate page hosted by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, reached via a link emailed to you. Any cookies set there are set by Dodo Payments under their own notice, not by this site.

Change your choice

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. The button below clears your saved choice, deletes the Google Analytics cookies already on your device, and reloads the page so the banner appears again. You are no longer recognised as the same visitor afterwards. Usage data Google already collected before you withdrew is held for 14 months and then deleted automatically — see our Privacy Notice.
